Standard Warranty Coverage
One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Unique Appliances warrants that all appliances are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty includes parts and labor.


Compressor Warranty (Select Models)
Certain refrigerator and freezer models include a 2-year or 4-year warranty on the compressor only. This extended coverage applies solely to the compressor and does not include labor after the first year.


Terms and Conditions
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


Proof of purchase, including model and serial number, is required for all warranty claims.


This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or natural disasters.


Cosmetic damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery.


After the first year, the warranty covers parts only, and any labor, freight, or service call costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Order Confirmation:

Order Shipment:

You will receive tracking information within 72 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. This tracking will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Curbside Delivery:

Most Unique Appliances are shipped via curbside freight delivery, which includes drop-off at the end of your driveway or closest accessible point. Curbside delivery does not include unpacking, placement inside the home, installation, or debris removal. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we do not ship outside the continental United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
