All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and transit times typically range from 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Large appliances shipped via freight may take longer.

Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 72 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. The tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at info@chicagobrickoven.com for assistance.
