Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as your order is verified, we begin processing it for fulfillment. Most ZLINE orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days, though this may vary based on product availability.

Order Shipment:

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 72 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please reach out to us at support@luxhomeappliances.com.

Delivery Timeframes:

Curbside Delivery:

ZLINE’s standard delivery method is curbside drop-off, where the item is delivered to the end of your driveway. This service is free of charge for most orders. It does not include placement inside your home, unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. Ensure that someone is available to receive and move the product into your home.

Shipping Limitations:

ZLINE only ships to locations within the contiguous United States. Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
