Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Order Shipment:

Curbside Delivery:

ZLINE’s standard delivery method is curbside drop-off, where the item is delivered to the end of your driveway. This service is free of charge for most orders. It does not include placement inside your home, unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. Ensure that someone is available to receive and move the product into your home.

Shipping Limitations:

ZLINE only ships to locations within the contiguous United States. Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
